    Led 16-person process development team focused on outsourcing engineering, equipment furnishing, and equipment installation activities from internally badged field services employees to external operating territory vendors.

What tools do you use?
Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. I used to use Project, but internally-developed project tracking tools and Scrumboards are much more efficient.
Describe your greatest accomplishment.
Supporting, and being supported by, my wonderful husband, Troy for 35 years.
Who are your main influences?
My Mom and Grandfather who emphasized that any job worth doing is worth doing well.
Why did you choose your profession?
I've always had a passion for helping people and being a change agent.
